From the Heart of Naples to Your Community
'Crust & Harmony Pizzeria' started with a simple vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Romano relatives inaugurated our eatery in 1985 as a quaint, family-operated shop, deriving its recipes from age-old family traditions.
The knowledge of pizza-crafting was gained firsthand by our founder, Marco Romano, during her explorations in Italy. She apprenticed with seasoned pizza chefs in the city where pizza was born, Naples. After returning to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the essence of real Italian pizza by adhering to classic techniques and only selecting the finest ingredients.
From its origins as a humble 12-seat joint, our pizzeria now stands as a community favorite, yet our dedication to quality and tradition remains unshaken. We keep the practice of using wood-fired ovens, prepare our own dough each day, and prioritize the best ingredients available.
Continuing as a family-run business, 'Crust & Harmony Pizzeria' is now steered by the second generation of the Romano clan, who guide our enthusiastic crew. Despite adopting some modern updates, the core of our craft is unchanged: conjuring up delectable, true-to-roots pizza that unites everyone around the table.
